Start tracking your products in just a few steps.

How to add a wishlist

For the app to read the products, the wishlist must be accessible through a public link.

1. Open the wishlist

Open the wishlist in your browser or in the app of the service where it was created.

2. Check visibility

Make sure the wishlist is not set to private. Wishlist Price Tracker cannot read a private list.

3. Use the Share option

Select the sharing option and copy the full wishlist link.

4. Paste the link into the app

In Wishlist Price Tracker, select the button to add a new wishlist, paste the link, and confirm.

5. Wait for it to load

The app will analyze the link and try to retrieve the visible products. The time required may vary depending on the number of products and your connection.

How to receive notifications

Notifications let you know when a product reaches your chosen target price.

When you first open the app

When the app asks for permission, select Allow.

If you denied permission

You can manually enable notifications again on your iPhone:

Recommended settings

• Allow Notifications;
• Lock Screen;
• Notification Center;
• Banner;
• Sounds, if desired;
• Badges, if available.

If you use a Focus mode, make sure the app's notifications are not silenced.

Managing wishlists and products

Setting a target price

Open the product you want to track, enter your desired price, and save the change.

The target should represent the maximum price you are willing to pay for the product.

You can change the target price at any time from the product detail screen.

Stopping tracking

To stop tracking a product, disable it or remove it from the list, depending on the options available in your installed app version.

Removing a wishlist

From the wishlists screen, select the list you want to delete and use the removal option.

Removing a wishlist stops tracking its associated products.

Opening the original product page

When available, you can use the link in the product details to open the original page in your browser or the corresponding app.

Common issues

The wishlist is not recognized

Check that:

• the link is complete;
• the wishlist is public;
• the link has not expired and is not broken;
• the link also opens the wishlist correctly in a private browser window;
• your device is connected to the Internet.

If the issue persists, try generating the sharing link again.

Not all products are found

Some products may not be imported when:

• they are no longer available;
• they do not display a public price;
• they have variants that have not been selected;
• the product page is temporarily unavailable;
• the external service has changed the wishlist structure.

The displayed price does not match

The price may change quickly or depend on:

• the selected seller;
• the product variant;
• availability;
• coupons or promotions applied only at checkout;
• terms available only to certain customers;
• a delay between the automatic check and opening the page.

Before purchasing, always check the final price directly on the product page.

I am not receiving notifications

Make sure that:

• notifications are allowed in your iPhone settings;
• the product is still being tracked;
• the target price has been saved;
• the observed price has actually reached the target;
• a Focus mode is not silencing alerts;
• your device has an Internet connection;
• the app is updated to the latest version.

The app shows an older price

Prices are checked periodically and not necessarily in real time. There may therefore be a short delay between a change on the original website and the next update in the app.

A product is no longer available

If a product is removed, made private, or no longer available to buy, the app may be unable to update its price.

In these cases, the product may be marked as unavailable or display the last known price.

Synchronization is not updating

Try the following steps in order:

1. check your Internet connection;
2. close and reopen the app;
3. wait a few minutes and try again;
4. check for updates on the App Store;
5. restart your iPhone;
6. contact support and include the error message displayed.

• the error message displayed;

• your Wishlist Price Tracker version;
• the approximate date and time of the issue;
• a screenshot, when useful;
• whether the issue happens consistently or only occasionally.
